WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

Listed below you will find just some of the services that we provide to you. This includes but is not limited to General Service and Preventative Maintenance all the way to a Full Refurbishing of your embroidery machine. There is no problem to big or small that we can not do. 
GENERAL SERVICE AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
  • Inspects inside the sewing head for damaged or worn parts.
  • Check and adjust Needle Bar Depth and Heights.
  • Removes, cleans, and de-burrs rotary hooks. Then re-installs and resets hook timing. (New hooks will be installed if needed)
  • Trimmer mechanisms checked and reset to factory specs. (New trimmer parts will be installed if needed)
  • Check panograph for smooth operation.
  • Greases and lubricates machine per factory specifications.
  • Test sews machine.
  • Addresses any other machine issues.
  • Checks machine software versions and updates as needed.

  • 1-2 HEAD = 350.00
  • 4 HEAD = 600.00
  • 6 HEAD = 650.00
  • 8 HEAD = 850.00
  • 12 & 15 HEAD = 1250.00-1750.00

REPAIR PRICING

Hourly Rate: 110.00 per hour

2 hour minimum=220.00
Travel per hour: 60.00 round trip
2 hour minimum-120.00
Hotel Rate: Prevailing Rate
***Travel and Hotel cost are split evenly between customers when the customers are with in close proximity of each other.***
