Services
We handle everything from routine maintenance and repairs, training sessions on how to operate the machines, to full machine refurbishments. No job is too big or too small — if it affects your production, we’ll get it fixed.
General Service & Preventative Maintenance

Inspects inside the sewing head for damaged or worn parts.

Check and adjust Needle Bar Depth and Heights.

Removes, cleans, and de-burrs rotary hooks. Then re-installs and resets hook timing. (New hooks will be installed if needed)

Trimmer mechanisms checked and reset to factory specs. (New trimmer parts will be installed if needed)

Check panograph for smooth operation.

Greases and lubricates machine per factory specifications.

Clean Tension Base Knobs and disc.

Test sews machine.

Addresses any other machine issues.

Checks machine software versions and updates as needed.

Hourly Rate: 125.00 per hour
2 hour minimum=250.00
Travel per hour: 60.00 round trip
2 hour minimum-120.00
Hotel Rate: Best Prevailing Rate
*Travel and Hotel cost are split evenly between customers when the customers are with in close proximity of each other.*
